When large furniture items are delivered to your home, make sure you inspect items for any damages before you sign the bill of laden and dismiss the driver, if your item has incurred damages do not accept the item and it will be returned to the manufacturer for your replacement. This is for damages only, not if you decide you suddenly don't like what you have ordered.
