Grandes Distilleries Peureax produces these fabulous cherries distilled in Kirsch and other liquers which I understand is a closely guarded secret.. Oh my ~ such a treat !! If you've ever had Chambord Liqueur it is very similar to this fabulous taste !! These tiny pitted Morello cherries are used in many recipes including Pierre Herme's famous macaroons.
